FAQ
When will my order arrive?
We typically process orders in 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time during sales and holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on where you live.
We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Please double check your address before completing your purchase. We want to make sure you receive your order. If your address was incorrect at checkout and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us (shopwanderandbloomco@gmail.com) so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.
If you pay for shipping, we are not able to refund or issue store credit for shipping charges.
Change or Cancel order?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible (shopwanderandbloomco@gmail.com, or the contact form). We want to ship orders as fast as possible, so we may not be able to change/cancel your order. If we have processed your order, it will need to be shipped back as a normal exchange. Please see our exchange policy page for details.
If there is a shortage of product for your order we will reach out to you and let you know about it. This doesn't happen very often.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States!
How do I make an exchange?
At the bottom of our website we have a link for exchanges, please fill out the form before the 30 day mark of your purchase!
